Construction Progress Photography & Visual Documentation
Professional construction documentation for developers, contractors, architects, owners, and project teams across Oahu and the Hawaiian Islands.
Create a clear, consistent visual record of your project from site preparation through construction, interiors, and final completion.Scheduled documentation can combine ground photography, drone photography and video, repeatable viewpoints, walkthrough video, and 360° site documentation — organized by project, date, and area for easy reference.
More Than Progress Photos
Construction documentation is not simply a collection of jobsite photos. Each visit is planned to create a consistent record of what was visible, where it was located, and when it was documented. Repeatable viewpoints make progress easier to follow, while organized ground and aerial coverage provides both detailed and site-wide context. The result is a visual project history that can be reviewed and shared throughout construction and referenced later.

Ground + Drone Construction Documentation
Ground and aerial documentation serve different purposes.
Ground photography records interiors, individual work areas, installed conditions, details, and construction progress up close.
Drone photography and video provide the larger context — site development, building placement, roofs, exterior progress, access, staging, landscaping, and overall site conditions.
Used together, they provide a much more complete picture of the project than aerial photography alone.
Construction Documentation Services
Depending on the project and construction phase, documentation can include:
Construction progress photography
Repeatable key viewpoints
Drone construction photography and video
Ground walkthrough video360° site documentation
Documentation organized by floor or project areaS
elected before-and-after progress comparisons
Progress reports
Milestone documentation
Pre-cover documentation
Services are available for individual milestones or as recurring construction progress documentation throughout the project.
Milestone & Pre-Cover Documentation
Some construction conditions are visible for only a short time.
Pre-cover documentation creates a detailed visual record before drywall, ceilings, concrete, backfill, finishes, or other work conceals accessible conditions.
Coverage can document visible framing, mechanical, electrical and plumbing rough-ins, blocking, penetrations, utilities, structural details, and other installed work that may be difficult to see later.
Wide views establish location and context. Closer photographs record visible details. 360° documentation can provide an additional spatial record of rooms and project areas.T
his service provides visual documentation only and does not constitute an inspection, engineering certification, or verification of code compliance.
Built for Long-Term Projects
Construction progress documentation can be scheduled monthly, at selected construction milestones, or at another frequency appropriate for the project.
Coverage is adjusted as construction progresses so each visit focuses on the areas and conditions that matter at that stage.Projects can be documented from early site work through:
Site Preparation → Structure → Building Envelope → MEP & Rough-In → Interiors → Finishes → Landscaping → Completion

Based on Oahu and available for construction projects throughout the Hawaiian Islands.
FAA Part 107 licensed drone operations are available where site conditions, weather, and airspace permit.
For projects requiring recurring documentation, send the project location, approximate size, current construction phase, and anticipated schedule to discuss the appropriate coverage.
